By having your staff go through eLearning prior to your move, our live-training sessions are more focused and more engaging for staff.
Upskill
With COVID-19, we recognise that practices are facing uncertain times. There may be times when you’re very busy, whilst at other times it’s quiet. With eLearning, you will have a library of resources that your staff can tap into to refresh their Dentrix Ascend skills and knowledge in their own time.
Onboard
Like all businesses, staff turnover can bring challenges for practices who need to onboard new staff. With a comprehensive set of eLearning modules targeted at different areas of your practice, staff can access what’s relevant for them to get them up to speed quicker.
Topics
The eLearning content is split into two categories; Basic & Advanced. Typically staff members will complete relevant Basic modules before switching to Ascend. After go-live, staff members that are interested can take up the Advanced modules.
