Online Resources

Getting help has never been easier. Need a quick way to get a refresher? You can Search for Help directly in Ascend - just click the (?) and head to Search Help.

We also have our online Help Centre - yep, you can access this directly from Ascend as well, but it’s also a great idea to bookmark this on your practice computers so everyone can access it from anywhere.

Raising a support ticket

The best way to raise a support request is to Submit a Request via our Help Centre.

As you’re typing your issue it will prompt you with any relevant answers or information that could solve your issue on the spot.

If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, send us your query and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
